AGENDA
8:30 a.m. Call to order
- Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Executive Session
- To discuss strategy with respect to litigation
- To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating and/or negotiating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

- Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Open Session
- Review Nauset Spit Order of Conditions and application to ORV access and beach management (both north and south of bathing beach)
- Review relationship between Federal & State Endangered Species Acts, Regulations and Guidelines
- Review and vote next steps to pursue continued ORV use of Aspinet Road
- Negotiate new license agreement with abutters for 2014 season
- Initiate formal road layout process and article for 2014 ATM
